Group B: Rasool, Aziz spin J&K to first win
Duo picks up five wickets each to send Jharkhand packing for 243 to deliver a 106-run win
Shahbaz Nadeem made his Ranji Trophy debut for Jharkhand against Kerala in 2004-05 as a mere 15-year old, claiming two wickets in the first innings. His slow left-arm orthodox bowling had come into the limelight shortly after he claimed a nine wicket haul against Sikkim in an Under-15 match in 2002. Nadeem is also a fine fielder and a good enough batsman to have two half-centuries at the domestic level. The all-round package contributed in his being signed on by Delhi Daredevils for IPL 2012, and he played a significant role for the team, often assuming the mantle of the lead spinner in the absence of established international spinners in the squad.
